Understanding Our Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) outline the binding agreements between you, our valued customer, and Soft Haven Cleaning Co. These terms are designed to establish the framework for our professional cleaning services, ensuring clarity and protection for both parties involved in the service agreement.

Key Components of Our T&C Document

Our T&C generally cover the following aspects: eligibility to use our services, payment methods accepted, our rights to modify service offerings, warranties provided, intellectual property rights, and conditions under which we may suspend or terminate services. It’s important to review these terms to understand your rights and responsibilities when choosing Soft Haven Cleaning Co for your cleaning needs.

By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms:

 

Access to Property: The client must provide safe, clear, and timely access

to the property at the scheduled time (including keys, codes, or instructions

where required). If access is not available, a cancellation fee may apply.

 

Utilities: The property must have running water and electricity for the duration of the service.

 

Payment Terms: Payment is due after the service invoice has been sent and paid via

Card Payment. Late payments may incur additional fees.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

 

Scope of Work: Cleaning services are based on the selected package or

agreed checklist. Any additional tasks requested on the day may incur extra charges.

 

Condition of Property: Heavily soiled, cluttered, or neglected areas may

require additional time and cost. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the

condition differs significantly from what was described at booking.

 

Time Estimates: All service times are estimates only and may vary depending

on the condition and size of the property.

 

Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items.

We are not liable for damage to items that are not properly secured.

 

Lockout / No Access: If our team is unable to access the property at

the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply to cover lost time and travel costs.

Non-Standard Cleaning: We do not provide services involving biohazards,

mould removal, pest infestations, hoarding situations, or hazardous materials

unless agreed in advance.

 

 

Cancellation on Arrival: If the service is cancelled by the client upon our

arrival, a fee may be charged to cover travel and reserved booking time.

 

Photo Documentation: We may take before and after photos of the property

for quality control and record-keeping purposes. These will not be shared

publicly without client consent.

 

Additional Time: If the service requires significantly more time than

expected, additional charges may apply. We will communicate this where possible.

 

Misrepresentation of Property Condition: If the condition of the property

differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking,

we reserve the right to adjust pricing, reschedule, or refuse service.

 

Prices are subject to change at any time and may vary depending

on service requirements, property condition, travel, demand, availability

and increases in supply or operating costs. Soft Haven Cleaning Co

reserves the right to adjust pricing where necessary. Clients will

be notified of any pricing changes relating to ongoing services where applicable.

 

 

Breakages & Damages: While care is taken, accidental damage may occur.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service.

 

Health & Safety: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment

is unsafe, hazardous, or poses a risk to our staff (including but not limited to

biohazards, pests, or aggressive animals).

 

• Pets: Pets must be secured or controlled during the cleaning service unless

otherwise agreed.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service,

you must notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address any

reasonable concerns where possible.

 

• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

 

Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.
