No Refund Policy

At Soft Haven Cleaning Co., we take pride in providing quality cleaning services and home fragrance products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

Cleaning Services

All payments for completed cleaning services are final and non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We may, at our discretion, arrange a return visit to address any areas that were missed or not cleaned to a reasonable standard. Refunds will not be issued for completed services.

 

Home Fragrances, Candles & Diffusers

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with scent selection.

If a home fragrance product, candle, or diffuser is received damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs and details of the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, Soft Haven Cleaning Co. will provide a replacement product. Refunds will not be issued unless required by applicable consumer law.

 

Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

 

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference regarding fragrance or scent

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Cleaning services completed according to the agreed scope of work

  • Issues reported outside the specified notification period

 

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
